摘要: Abstract Blumea lacera (Burm. f.) DC. is an annually grown infallible medicinal plant that used in many popular systems of traditional medicine but fresh material for uses and research purposes critically unavailable year-round due to its very short life cycle. A micropropagation method this ensuring fidelity the bioactive compounds bioactivity has thus been developed order maintain supply chain. In regard, axillary multiple shoot regeneration from field nodal explant was established where highest frequency (79.03 ± 0.04 %) induction bud organogenesis with maximum number (13.60 ± 0.17 shoots/explant) induced observed on MS + 3.0 mg/L BAP + 1.0 mg/L Kinetin medium. The exhibited (94.66 ± 0.33 proliferation elongation (32.16 ± 2.35) length (7.28 ± 2.63 cm) shoots/explant when sub-cultured same medium composition among tested media. (98.36 ± 0.85 rooting (35.53 ± 1.53) (4.66 ± 1.72 cm) root achieved half-strength IAA Explant suitability study found vitro leaf explants were superior over proliferation. Leaf collected shoots MS + 1.5 mg/L BAP cultured cultures maintained following a subculture passages adventitious regeneration. successive passage subcultures nearly 300 within 20 weeks. Regenerated plantlets retained all properties like donor maintaining fidelity.
