摘要: We report surface-enhanced Raman studies on intact plant material using onion layers as a biological target, and silver nanoaggregates island films enhancing plasmonic structures. Surface-enhanced scattering (SERS) enhancement allows the detection of strong signatures chemical constituents surface layer such cellulose, proteins, flavonols. Because long-time incubation, SERS sensors can access extracellular space in inner layer. The location nanoparticles inside has been monitored by images collected from chemicals present and/or reporter molecules attached to nanoparticles. Our show competitive adsorption intrinsic bio molecules. Different spectra different places indicate complex heterogeneous structure material. pH-sensitive molecule para mercapto benzoic acid us infer pH values matrix Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
