摘要: Abstract Phototube can capture and transmit external illumination with high frequency into photocurrent in the nonlinear circuit, which be tamed to produce main dynamical properties of biological neurons. In fact, involvement functional electronic components enhance biophysical function artificial neural circuits. this paper, a photocell is connected FitzHugh-Nagumo circuits, excited by generated from photocell. Furthermore, memristor proposed couple two light-dependent circuits synchronization stability investigated on coupled systems using standard scale transformation physical variables parameters. It found that phase complete obtained regulating coupling channel memristor. The propagation pumping field energy are also calculated predict occurrence synchronization.
