Análise do Polimorfismo no Gene CIP2C29 em Camundongos Swiss e sua Influência no Tratamento do Câncer

摘要: Resumo: realizou-se uma identificacao alelica dos genes CYP2C29 de 19 camundongos SWISS, buscando estabelecer um perfil alelico do grupo estudado para posteriores estudos metabolizacao farmacos. O DNA obtido amostras sangue total foi submetido a PCR usando primers especificos regiao genomica das proteinas camundongo (homologo CYP2C9 em humanos). A frequencia alelo selvagem CYP2C29*1 (MEs) somente 21% (4/19) no estudado. Os resultados revelaram que os alelos mutados, geralmente tidos como MPs, perfizeram 79% individuos estudados. deste trabalho serao importantes futuros metabolismo drogas utilizando esta linhagem camundongos, fim se possivel correlacao entre o genotipo individual e sua capacidade celular.
