Process simulations of NH3 abatement system for large-scale CO2 capture using aqueous ammonia solution

摘要: Abstract Process simulations of NH 3 abatement system for large-scale CO 2 capture using aqueous ammonia solution a 500 MW coal-fired power plant were carried out. For the system, lean solvent was adopted absorption escaping from system. Firstly, equilibrium based model, RadFrac, used to estimate key operating parameters. Then, rate RateFrac, analyze effects different parameters on and regeneration processes. Under optimal condition, flow slip is 1.687 kg/h concentration in vent gas 1.6 ppmv, which both can meet emission standards major countries world. If heat releasing condenser processes regeneration, energy will decrease 3045 kJ/kg .
