摘要: The invention relates to an engineering bacterium for extracellular secretory expression of inonotus obliquus dipeptidase. According by pichia pastoris provided invention, activity secretase reaches 24U/mL, cell density (OD 600) 24.5, secretion efficiency enzyme 1U/mL.
