摘要: Abstract A study was designed with the objective of determining influence either single or multiple convulsive electric shocks stress shock situation on levels serotonin, norepinephrine, and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethylamine in discrete rat brain parts. Elevations all three amines were observed following electroconvulsive shocks. The significant elevations nearly part specific for different as temporal patterns elevation. results suggest that changes are related to they may be cautiously interpreted consonant speculation therapeutic effect ECT some manner an induced elevation dopamine.
