摘要: We examined the effects of agrochemicals on endophytic fungal community associated with tea plants. Endophytic fungi were isolated from four different plant tissues (bark, xylem, old leaves, new leaves) collected pesticide-treated and untreated plots. In plot, acaricides, fungicides, insecticides are typically applied 3 times each year. The infection rate was slightly lower in but difference between plots not statistically significant. Colletotrichum camelliae, Phyllosticta capitalensis, Pleosporales sp. common endophytes both Among a total 41 species, only 21 considered endophytes. pseudomajus predominant endophyte bark tissue whereas C. camelliae plot. Paraphaeosphaeria neglecta Phoma bellendis xylem samples treated plots, respectively. most commonly found species leaf colonization frequency significantly Species richness affected by pesticide treatment. structure stem (bark xylem) differed influenced
