摘要: The design of an extended complex Kalman Filter for frequency estimation distorted power system signals has been presented in this paper. principles and validity the model have outlined. In general abnormal data obtained from measurements may affect accuracy estimation. Hence fast accurate is necessary. For reason, proposed algorithm employed to suppress abnormalities. results using method are compared with kalman filter zero crossing method. Comparison reveals superior performance former
