摘要: Kyrgyzstan has undertaken wide-ranging reforms of its health system in a challenging socioeconomic and political context. The country developed two major reform programmes after becoming independent: Manas (1996 to 2006) Taalimi (2006 2010). These introduced comprehensive structural changes the care delivery with aim strengthening primary care, developing family medicine restructuring hospital sector.Major service improvements have included introduction new clinical practice guidelines, provision use pharmaceuticals, quality priority for mother child health, cardiovascular diseases, tuberculosis HIV/AIDS, public medical education. A Community Action Health programme was through village committees, enhancing promotion allowing individuals communities take more responsibility their own health. financing consisted purchaser provider split establishment single payer services under state-guaranteed benefit package (SGBP).
