摘要: Abstract A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with electropolymerized films of isonicotinic acid in pH 5.6 phosphate buffer solution (PBS) by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The showed an excellent electrocatalytical effect on the oxidation norepinephrine (NE). In PBS 7.4, current increased linearly two concentration intervals NE, one is 4.0×10 −7 to 1.0×10 −5 M, other 2.0×10 −4 M. detection limit ( S / N =3) obtained DPV 6.0×10 −9 Then used determine NE excess ascorbic (AA) difference pulse voltammetry. peak potentials recorded a 7.4 were −68 and +111 mV versus SCE for AA respectively. high selectivity sensitivity found be due very distinct attracting interaction between cations negtively charged poly(isonicotinic acid) film PBS. proposed method exhibited good recovery reproducibility.
