摘要: Service providers and enterprises all over the world are rapidly deploying Voice IP (VoIP) networks because of reduced capital operational expenditure, easy creation new services. traffic has stringement requirements on quality service, like strict delay loss requirements, 99.999% network availability. However, have not been designed to easily meet above requirements. Thus, service need management tools that can proactively detect mitigate degradation VoIP traffic. In this paper, we present active passive probes enable impairments. We use compute parameters (delay, jitter) be used call as a Mean Opinion Score using voice metric, E-model. These by identify impairments cause take corrective measures in real time so impact perceived end-users is minimal
