摘要: The detection of toxigenicity among Corynebacterium diphtheriae and ulcerans strains is the most important test for microbiological diagnosis diphtheria. Difficulties with current methods, in particular Elek test, are well documented. We therefore describe a modified which provides an accurate result after only 16 h incubation, contrast to 48 conventional test.
