摘要: Filopodia are cellular protrusions that have been implicated in many types of mechanosensory activities. Morphogens signaling proteins regulate the patterned development embryos and tissues. Both long histories date to beginnings cell developmental biology early 20th century, but recent findings tie specialized filopodia called cytonemes morphogen movement signaling. This review explores conceptual experimental background for a model paracrine which exchange morphogens between cells is directed sites where directly link produce receive respond them.
