摘要: Abstract Kinetics and modelling of methane steam reforming over sulfide nickel catalyst on alumina support is studied. Extensive experiments are firstly carried out to study the performance process determine its kinetic data. The results demonstrate that strongly affected by temperature ratio methane. favourable condition for high hydrogen production, efficiency relatively low carbon monoxide concentration at 3–3.5 around 1073 K. Below this value, conversion rate approximately proportional residence time in studied range. Two-dimensional model catalytic fixed bed reformer developed with a system partial differential equations describing conservations mass energy using data determined from current experiment. successfully validated experimental
