摘要: Diabetic nephropathy (DN) develops in about one-third of patients with diabetes, genetic and environmental factors both contributing to the development disease. Clinical studies have established that hypertension, poor glycemic lipid control, smoking (1) increase risk It is clear however, alone are not sufficient for this complication (2). In contrast, prevalence diabetic retinopathy continues rise duration diabetes most populations. Family among type 1 diabetics shown if one sibling nephropathy, other has a fourfold increased developing it (3). These observations clearly importance DN. likely response hyperglycemia varies individuals who develop pattern excessive regulation nephropathy-related genes will be ones at greatest developing^DN.
