摘要: Abstract The narrow lumbar spinal canal syndrome is characterized by (a) constriction of the interpediculate and anteroposterior diameters bony canal, (b) thickening vertical orientation laminae as well facets pedicles, (c) difficult, often markedly uncomfortable puncture, (d) prominence defects caused relatively small extradural lesions, with varying degrees obstruction, (e) sharp delineation nerve roots cauda equina. “cauda equina syndrome” intermittent neurogenic claudication may be observed. Thirty-three cases are reviewed, emphasis on diagnostic criteria, myelographic appearance, clinical aspects.
