A molecular method for the recovery and identification of enteric virus in shellfish.

摘要: In this paper we report the results of an investigation into presence enteric viruses in shellfish from waters around Sardinia. Twenty two samples were examined using a rapid and sensitive technique to concentrate detect viral RNA tissues. After recovery particles, was extracted, transcribed cDNA amplified "nested PCR". Testing with enterovirus-specific RT-PCR produced positive over 13% specimens. The virus detection procedure appears be effective. some circumstances it could better test water quality than conventional monitoring techniques.
