摘要: A validated procedure was developed for the separation and clean-up of Organo-Chlorinated Pesticides ( OCPs) extracted from fish samples, using different adsorbent materials solvents composition. Pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) has been utilized OCPs. PLE provides one best alternative to conventional methods. The as well composition were evaluated steps OCPs samples. Among eight examined materials, florisil alumina selected with hexane: ethylacetate (8:2, v/v) solvent mixture throughout experiment. highest recoveries obtained (75-99.8 %). Detection performed by GC-MS in Negative Chemical Ionization (NCI) mode, due its high sensitivity selectivity chlorinated compounds. Bio-Beads SX-3 Based on Gel permeation Chromatography (GPC) removal fat. accuracy method n = 5) is expressed recovery (%) that calculated be between 56% 98%, precision Relative Standard Deviation (RSD), 5% 28 %.
