摘要: The characterization of human lipofuscin pigment granules as lysosomes is strengthened by the cytochemical demonstration β-glucuronidase and glucosaminidase activities in hepatocyte which also have acid phosphatase activity. Lysosomes parenchymal cells macrophages are seen to differ their content cytochemically demonstrable hydrolase activities. Reduced diphosphopyridine nucleotide tetrazolium reductase peroxidase that remarkably resistant heat (90°C for 15 min) prolonged fixation visualized granules.
