摘要: PURPOSE To report an extremely rare case of extensive conjunctival-corneal invasive squamous cell carcinoma. METHODS A healthy 68-year-old man referred to our department with a moderately elevated hyperemic nodular mass on his right ocular surface. The lesion was completely covering the corneal surface and involved temporal limbus bulbar conjunctiva. Surgical excision performed 2-mm tumor-free margins documented histologically double-freeze cryotherapy applied 360 degrees for inhibition tumor recurrence. RESULTS Histopathologic examination showed differentiated patient achieved complete no evidence recurrence during follow-up period 12 months. CONCLUSIONS This points out potential total cornea by Wide surgical double freeze-thaw may decrease
