摘要: Abstract The performance of several sample chambers was studied by means computational fluid dynamics. geometry and size found to influence the gas velocity pattern as well extraction efficiency. efficiency conventional ‘drum-shaped’ cells, in volume range 3 100 cm , between 5 15% (number particles), depending on operating conditions such flow rate, type carrier gas.
