摘要: With the growing global demands on sustainable food production, one of biggest challenges to agriculture is associated with crop losses due parasitic nematodes. While chemical pesticides have been quite successful in protection and mitigation damage from parasites, their potential harm humans environment, as well emergence nematode resistance, necessitated development viable alternatives pesticides. One most promising targeted approaches biocontrol nematodes crops that RNA interference (RNAi). In this study we explore possibility using biostimulants obtained metabolites soil streptomycetes protect wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) against cereal cyst Heterodera avenae by means inducing RNAi plants. Theoretical models uptake organic compounds plants, within-plant dynamics, provided us useful insights regarding choice routes for delivery RNAi-inducing into We then conducted planta experiments several streptomycete-derived biostimulants, which demonstrated efficiency these at improving plant growth development, providing resistance nematode. Using dot blot hybridization demonstrate trigger a significant increase production cells si/miRNA complementary mRNA. Wheat germ cell-free show si/miRNAs are indeed very effective silencing translation mRNA having sequences, thus reducing level infestation Thus, conclude natural produced provide an tool
