摘要: Abstract Objective: The aim of this study is to report early and intermediate outcomes laparoscopic surgery for choledochal cysts with 400 cases. Patients Methods: operation was performed using four ports. cystic duct identified divided. liver suspended by two stay-sutures: one on the round ligament other distal duct. cyst isolated removed completely, biliary–digestive continuity reestablished hepaticoduodenostomy (HD) or hepaticojejunostomy (HJ). Results: From January 2007 June 2011, patients were operated on. There 305 girls 95 boys. Ages ranged from 1 month 16 years (mean, 47.5±2.1 months). Cystic excision HD in 238 HJ 162 patients. mean operating time 164.8±51 minutes group 220±60 group. Conversion open required 2 no perioperative deaths. Postoperative biliary leakage occurred 8 ...
