摘要: There is still a considerable need for development of new tools and methods detecting specific viral proteins the diagnosis pathogenesis study Yellow fever virus (YFV). This aimed to develop characterize polyclonal peptide antisera detection YFV-C -NS1 proteins. The were used further investigate NS1 protein expression during YFV infection in mammalian cells. target detected by all western blot immunofluorescence assays. No cross-reactivity was observed with Dengue virus, West Nile Tick-borne encephalitis Japanese virus. Nuclear localization demonstrated first time.
