摘要: A fast triangulation photoelectric range scanner is proposed that uses an array of LED chips and a lateral-effect position-sensing detector. The essential advantages the are construction without any moving parts, small size, good stability, low cost. map obtained by means electronic scanning in integrated array. operating principle illustrated, development theoretical model for its simulation results presented. An approach designing sensor prototype also briefly reported.
