摘要: Substance misuse has a profound effect in terms of harm across all areas society. This includes high costs healthcare provision, social and economic as well the on individuals their families. Maintaining abstinence via psychosocial interventions is key to reducing prevalence but also most difficult achieve because opposing neurophysiological forces. paper briefly reviewed sequelae dependence with alcohol, opiates stimulants dilemma management.
