摘要: Conflicts of today are characterized by both traditional and irregular tactics non-state actors making innovative use modern technologies. These conditions set new demands on naval ships. The aim this investigation is to describe how, based probabilistic risk assessment, the concept operation for a ship can be turned into safety scenarios used in evaluation risk. In investigation, civilian state-of-the-art methods assessment merged with specific Relevant aspects culture, codes, regulations rules analysed respect requirements scenarios, military operational research modelling systems. results show that must have calculable probability adapted vessel question. Results from simulations tasks one way support experts definition scenarios.
