摘要: We consider here a model for the transport of self-trapped exciton on lattice under thermal bias in order to develop quantum mechanical theory vibrational energy along molecular wire that is contact with reservoirs at either end molecule. For specific case migration CO excitation poly-amide α-helix, we find within our can become due strong hydrogen bonding interactions amide groups even physiologically relevant temperatures. Furthermore, non-equilibrium condition which temperature two baths are different, state will diffuse towards cooler diffusion constant proportional average D∝(Thot+Tcold)/2 and drift gradient (Thot-Tcold)/N.
