摘要: Abstract The ability of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor (rH-TNF) alone or in combination with lymphokines (LK) to induce the vitro activation murine macrophages was evaluated. treatment C57BL/6 mouse resident peritoneal exudate cells (PEC) rH-TNF and LK found a tumoricidal state against P815 mastocytoma cells. Neither nor induced macrophage cytotoxic activity. Furthermore, seen not due small amounts contaminating lipopolysaccharide. TNF plus LK-mediated could be totally ablated by rabbit antiserum γ-interferon, thus suggesting role for γ-interferon this system. Since adherent (≥95% macrophages) only marginally responded stimulation addition nonadherent PEC caused marked augmentation activation, involvement suggested. In addition, using antibodies complement deplete subsets from PEC, requirement bearing Thy 1.2 asialo G M1 surface markers demonstrated. These results suggest that may play an autocrine regulatory concert macrophagemediated host defense malignant neoplasia.
