摘要: Random amplified polymorphic DNA assays were carried out on a range of isolates F. poae to identify markers common all isolates. Two fragments isolated, cloned and used probe Southern blots from wheat seed stem base pathogens. One fragment, which hybridized preferentially was partially sequenced two pairs primers (Fp8 F/R Fp82 F/R) generated for use in the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Amplification target occurred following PCR but not any other fungal species associated with diseases cereal ears seed. The primer pair detect extracts samples contaminated Fusarium species. This system offers potential determine presence avoid problems commonly conventional diagnosis disease isolation pathogen.
