摘要: PURPOSE The aim of this prospective study was to evaluate the clinical performance anterior and posterior fixed partial dentures (FPDs) with frameworks made using DC-Zirkon after a mean observation time 3 years. MATERIALS AND METHODS Forty-six patients 1 missing or teeth were included in study. All abutment prepared for full crowns chamfer preparation 0.6 0.8 mm. zirconia produced Precident DCS system veneered veneering porcelain (Vita D). A self-curing resin cement used FPDs conventional zinc oxide phosphate FPDs. RESULTS Fifteen 50 recalled at least once year cementation. period 38 (+/- 18.0) months 37 15.5) Within time, no remakes necessary, but 4 cases small chipping material occurred region. Two recemented decementation, needed endodontic treatment. No negative influences gingival margin observed. CONCLUSIONS years, zirconia-based demonstrated sufficient success rate under conditions. However, special attention should be paid designing framework ensure layer thickness range between 2
