摘要: Abstract Ultrasonic speed, u and density, ρ have been measured for d l -alanine (Ala) -phenylalanine (Phe) in aqueous β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) at 298.15, 303.15, 308.15, 313.15 K. The complexation of Ala Phe with β-CD has studied by means UV–vis thermodynamic (ultrasonic speed density) studies. Using the ultrasonic density data apparent molar compressibility ( κ S,φ ), volume V φ limiting S , 0 their constants K v hydration number n H ) obtained. positive values transfer properties infinite dilution is outcome balance between released water molecules from cavity hydrophobic groups that enter into macrocycle cavity. experimental results also discussed on basis absorbance. indicate formation a more stable host–guest complex Phe-β-CD than Ala-β-CD.
