摘要: A method of calibrating a wire payout related to predetermined looping motions used during formation loop is provided. The includes the steps of: (a) determining first length in loop, being performed on bonding system; (b) second loop; and (c) adjusting at least one process variable, repeating step with adjusted variable such that determined repeated closer than initial (b).
