摘要: Abstract The air distributor is an important part of the gas–solid separation fluidized bed, which directly determines distribution across bed base. In this study, numerical simulation and experimental analysis are used together to study influence a two-size-orifice on fluidization quality performance bed. Results show that prone channeling when contains 6 mm orifices, values parameters i.e., pressure drop, voidage, density stability, increase with decreasing orifice size. Owing redistribution airflow caused by large orifices in center, followed elimination sidewall effects, 4 mm inner 2 mm outer can improve compared other distributors further promote segregation process coal particles (ash degree Sash = 21.62%). Finally, separated abovementioned distributor. yield clean products 54.83% ash content 20.96%, while gangue 45.17% 30.77%. Moreover, possible error as low 0.10 g/cm3, indicating good effect
