摘要: This paper presents a KM model that comprises set of hypothesis and measurement models for understanding implementation. Research uses 323 questionnaire surveys. A hypothesized process was tested using structural equation modelling approach with proposed the instrument therefore developed. Analysis five constructs knowledge acquisition, creation, sharing, storage dissemination their reliability Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient 0.80, 0.71, 0.82, 0.87 respectively were used. Likewise, all fit indices factor loadings significant leading to frugal achievement. The study serves as guide construction organization
