Summary Needed investments characterizing improving HIV-related outcomes include strengthening systems for nationally disaggregated data by age, sex mode infection; collecting granular within routine programmes identify structural, social mental challenges accessing testing care; prioritizing viral load monitoring adolescent-focused differentiated models care.
