摘要: Summary Chronic renal failure (CRF) is associated with high incidence of cardiovascular complications. To clarify pathogenesis CRF numerous animal models have been developed. The aim our work was to describe methodology subtotal surgical ablation in rat and characterize some biochemical parameters this model. Male rats underwent 5/6 nephrectomy or sham operations two steps. following were measured on day 10 week after the surgery: plasma concentrations creatinine urea, blood pressure, resting heart rate, chronotropic response atropine metipranol, ventricles weight, contraction action potential duration left ventricle. Increased serum decreased clearance, polyuria alteration remnant kidney tissue found rats. Changes identified resembled alterations system uremic patients included hypertension, elevated diminished parasympathetic cardiac tone, hypertrophy ventricle weakened force contraction, prolonged relaxation shortening duration. These data suggest that present model can be a useful tool study its
