摘要: Resident tissue macrophages are ideally placed for a role in the first line of defence against invading viruses and other microorganisms. Binding to can occur via variety molecules including direct use proteins, lipids oligosaccharides as receptors, well opsonic recognition by macrophage. Often multiple surface components involved virus-macrophage interactions, interestingly number lectin receptors expressed on which viral ligands have been proposed. This review focuses initial attachment describes interactions certain macrophage lectin, proteoglycan Toll-like with viruses. The study pattern response may reveal new features pathogenesis some could provide targets antiviral agents.
