摘要: Abstract The γ-crystalline form of LiAlH 4 (or LiAlD ) has been obtained at high pressure using a belt type apparatus. γ-phase is quenched and studied ambient pressure. crystalline structure redeterminated. On the basis Raman spectra an octahedral environment Al 3+ proposed. α → γ transition reflected in change CN Li + from to 6, important decrease volume ( ⋍30 % ). Upon warming, transforms into α-form with large endothermal effect, as expected for true hig phase. From these results, tentative (P,T) phase diagram
