摘要: The 46th Annual Florida Pesticide Residue Workshop of 2009 (FPRW 2009) held in St. Pete Beach, FL, is the latest an annual tradition drawing scientists from U.S. federal and state government laboratories, industry, other laboratories worldwide. In 2009, selected FPRW presenters were invited to contribute this special issue Journal Agricultural Food Chemistry with a section devoted emerging pesticide residue issues analytical approaches. What follows written record what should become scientific conversation launched at 2009. There are two distinct approaches organic analysis: instrumental methods assays. much world, primarily rely on equipped instrumentation for analysis, usually gas chromatography liquid some type selective detector. discussion approaches, focus mass spectrometry as detection method. Approaches such biomonitoring assays fall outside traditional method approach analysis. Assays that do not require laboratory equipment greater interest screening well-suited field use. Regardless method, success multiresidue analysis relies appropriate choice sample preparation cleanup methodologies. Many new used small molecule contaminant analyses variety complex matrices discussed issue. goal these reduce overall time solvent consumption without compromising results.
