摘要: Two AWG circuits are integrated while preventing degradation in quality of a multiplexing/de multiplexing function. An arrayed waveguide grating circuit comprises first slab (52) connected with input (51a) and plurality second output waveguides (55b), (54) (55a) (51b), an (53) connecting the (54), wherein (51a, 51b) (52, 54) at interval 1.5x from outermost out series (55a, 55b) x dependent on wavelength.
