摘要: Mononuclear cells from human peripheral blood are able to destroy alloantibody-coated target of a lymphoblastoid line. The effector cell is nonadherent, non-phagocytic, medium sized lymphoid cell. This not detectable in early fetuses. Its activity destroyed by x-ray treatment vitro but inhibited anti-immunoglobulin sera. efficiency antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity rapidly lost culture and this loss prevented stimulation with allogeneic cells.
