摘要: This paper proposes a relationship between IS performance and organizational culture, based on an examination of research literature. In order to test the model, survey data were collected from 315 respondents in 13 organizations. Since all these organizations government agencies or departments, our findings are particularly relevant for e-governance environments. Our results indicate that culture related. particular, organization performs well certain dimensions, tends exhibit specific cultural traits. bureaucratic dimension, which emerges as dominant is both positively negatively related dimensions. The supportive innovative dimensions work process improvement job satisfaction user. We provide implications practice by interpreting context paradox. point out while public sector can use impact efficiency performance, will tend hinder systemic enterprise-wide performance.
