摘要: The bulk water charging, one of the management tools State Policy for Water Resources, has been in operation Minas Gerais since 2010, when it was implemented three state basins. Aiming to evaluate charging situation and achievement its objectives, this study used qualitative research techniques, semi-structured interviews were applied six representatives entities that make up System Resources Management. Overall, results indicated interviewed agree partially meets their legal but few advances have made improve them, so some aspects legitimacy tool is questioned.
