摘要: A 29 year old female admitted with the neurological disorders consistent acute myelitis was diagnosed as 45, XO/47, XXX mosaicism associated atrial septal defect of secundum type and mild pulmonary valvular stenosis. Although association congenital heart disease chromosome aberration in present patient might be coincidental, this case reported because only few similar associations have been described before.
