摘要: ABSTRACTThe magnetotelluric (MT) method is introduced as a geophysical tool to monitor hydraulic fracturing of shale gas reservoirs and help constrain how injected fluids propagate. The MT measures the electrical resistivity earth, which altered by injection fluids. degree these changes are measurable at surface determined several factors, such conductivity quantity fluid injected, depth target interval, existing pore salinity, range formation properties, porosity permeability. From an monitoring survey fracture in Cooper Basin, South Australia, we have found temporal spatial responses above measurement error.
