摘要: PI3Ks regulate diverse immune cell functions by transmitting intracellular signals from Ag, costimulatory receptors, and cytokine receptors to control division, differentiation, survival, migration. In this study, we report the effect of inhibiting p110δ subunit PI3Kδ on CD8+ T responses infection with bacteria Listeria monocytogenes. A strong dependency for IFN-γ production cells in vitro was not recapitulated after vivo. Inactivation resulted enhanced bacterial elimination innate system. However, magnitudes primary secondary were reduced. Moreover, activity required provide help other responding cells. These findings identify as a key regulator that integrates extrinsic cues, including those cells, determine collective behavior populations infection.
