摘要: Abstract We report on highly oriented growth of VO2(B) thin films Mo foils by reactive sputtering and its performance as an cathode electrode material in lithium ion batteries. Reactively sputtered under moderate O2 flow substrate temperature revealed (001)-oriented the poly-crystalline with electrically floating potential. It can be interpreted that film grow substrates narrow condition which ions restricted energies result crystalline lattice formation temperature. The battery utilizing foil specific capacity 110 mAhg− 1 at 2.0 V. Repeated charge/discharge experiments indicated film, VO6 octahedra pile up vacant cites O atoms orderly act spaces for Li intercalation de-intercalation, has certain potential material.
