摘要: The purpose of this article is to review relevant literature on the effect mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and blast vestibular system. Dizziness imbalance are common sequelae associated with mTBI, in some individuals, these symptoms may last for six months or longer. In war-related injuries, mTBI often exposure. causes dizziness following injuries have been linked white matter abnormalities, diffuse axonal brain, central peripheral system damage. There evidence that otolith organs be more vulnerable damage from exposure than horizontal semicircular canals. addition, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) a disorder head treated effectively canalith repositioning therapy. Treatment (non-BPPV) mTBI-related dysfunction has focused use rehabilitation (VR) augmented additional methods medication. New treatment approaches necessary effective organ pathway recovery addition traditional VR canal (vestibulo-ocular reflex) recovery.
