摘要: The purpose of this article is to review relevant literature on the effect mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and blast vestibular system. Dizziness imbalance are common sequelae associated with mTBI, in some individuals, these symptoms may last for six months or longer. In war-related injuries, mTBI often exposure. causes dizziness following injuries have been linked white matter abnormalities, diffuse axonal brain, central peripheral system damage.
